Underground in the heart of Tribeca lies an old cycling gym turned urban farm. We meet up with FarmOne Founder Robert Laing to learn about the world of urban farming including the technology that makes it all tick and underlying sustainability of this operation. Agritecture CEO, Henry Gordon Smith was crucial in designing this space and helps narrate this episode from the unique perspective of a true urban farmer.

We then find ourselves at Zuul, a ghost kitchen in SoHo. The ghost kitchen is a new restaurant concept that is popping up in cities around the country, removing the retail aspect of restaurants and doubling down on the takeout and delivery culture that is ever-growing. We catch up with Zuul CEO, Corey Manicone and COO, Kristen Barnett to uncover the dynamics involved in running a successful ghost kitchen.

Ending with dinner on the penthouse terrace of The Broad Exchange Building, an unparalleled and truly unique experience with host Resident and chef Ayaka Guido. Resident activates empty real estate by bringing in Michelin star chefs to host private dinners around the city. A dreamy way to end a very scrumptious episode.
